Rachel Maddow reporter was talking about how did the oil companies get better drilling deeper a further into ocean. She also talk about in 30 years they got worse at preventing a fixing risks(spill, killing animals, polluting, explosion ect). I think what she says is true that we should stop them because the oil companies might have accident again and it will cause 10 times more problem that we have now. Carl safina was talking about how could the pollution spread out of the world one of the example is he said that birds breeding season. Bird breeding season is when bird travel around the earth and that can cause a lot of trouble because the oil polluted lots of bird and bird travel around earth and it will affect other animal too. Fish can also cause problems too because when fish get toxic they will bring it to the fish that human mostly eat and that can cause lots of disease especially for pregnant woman because it can cause the baby lots of problem. So we should stop the companies from taking the oil, because the more they get rich the more people get poor or die. It affects me allot because the plastic water we drink is poisons. It also affect my parents because when the companies have problem again the government money is our and it is waste. We should let them stop.

How did it feel to have more or less money than other people in the class?

I didn’t really feel anything because In Philippines my mom is not a low class or a high class. But when i am in the low class i felt sad.

Bad because i wanted to eat good food and not oily food because it will cause bad disease.

The people who have fewer dollar will not have more impact than people who have more dollar. For example some people cut trees to get food or even kill animals from friends or ourself to get meat. But dosn’t make as much impact to the govermant.

Eve Ensler write about that she want to end the violence against woman and girls. Some of the girls or woman choose a hardship relationship with boys. The Girls might be hit or harm. Eve Ensler tell us about who make the barbie girls and the connection of the barbie girls and story stuff is we don’t know who make the product. In the story stuff we only have the product but we dont know about who work in the factory. In barbie girl story we don’t know the girl who make it and might just throw it away and buy new one and we don’t know they use there time and health to do it and maybe the people who make the barbie hands put a lots of effort in it. I think we should not waste thing or throw things we should first think people use there time to do it.

In 2010 1 12. There is a large earthquake happened in Haiti. Haiti is located at the central america. It is at the west of dominican republic. It is a strong earthquake. The earthquake cause huge disaster in Haiti. The earthquake many people and some of the dead people are still o the floor because there is not enough bags to put the dead body. The dead body cause lot people sick. I think that we should help the people in haiti by giving them food and medical supply.

After your presentation i feel sad about the people who live in Kiribati because people who live in Kiribati might have no home or even have no food. You tell us that Kiribati will be cover by the ocean in about 20 years. It is a tragedy. I won't forget that tragedy. When I listen your presentation. I feel that Country cover by ocean is a bad things. I also feel that if Taiwan will be cover by Ocean in about few years. I think we should do some thing to let global warming stop.

To be a citizen means how can we do more for our family to create more wealth, knowledge and justice. We are citizens, so we can have multiple responsibilities. Citizens have rights to vote or not vote and even though we elected other people to be the government we are still in charge. A person can be citizen of country, city and even the entire world.

A good citizen is a person of a country or city that helps each other and doesn't discriminate against other people . For example , in other countries the people who had white skin sometimes discriminated against people who had black skin. Discrimination is behavior, ranging from slights to hate crimes, often being with negative stereotypes and prejudices. If a person want's to be a citizen of other country they can also have a passport so they can be a citizen of other country but it doesn't mean that he is a citizen of that country they can still be discriminate by color of skin or region. For example like me, i am also supposed to be a filipino citizen but my father helped me get Taiwanese citizenship, but i didn't get discriminate because we are all Asian and we have similar skin color.

A person that is a citizen of a country has to be responsible and know their rights. There are some citizen rights, for example we have rights to vote, and to go out of the country. The responsibility of a citizen is to pay tax, to be a soldiers for some country, to help each other , and to follow the rules.

Citizen can vote for the President and even though we elect other people to manage president we are still in charge, some times people vote for bad president who want's money to just be in the government. For example chen suei bian a tiwanese citizens and now he is in jail.

Scientific research has demonstrated that biases thought to be absent or extinguished remain as ''mental residue'' in most of us. Studies show people can be consciously committed to egalitarianism, and deliberately work to behave without prejudice and fight against stereotypes which lead to discrimination.

Some people also ask what is the difference between a citizen and subject. A subject is a consumer or a victim and even a follower. A citizen is a producer and can also be a leader or control.

To be a good citizen we must help or tell everyone to stop throwing garbage or cut tree's because the global warming is getting worst so we must help the earth to be a good citizen.
